Privacy Policy
Effective 3 September 2026 · Last updated 3 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 10xElite (“10xElite”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit tenxelite.com, book a call, email us, or work with us. 10xElite is operated by Sarthak Maurya. For privacy questions, email tenxelite@gmail.com.
By using the site or submitting information to us, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or send us personal information.
1. Who we are
10xElite is a done-with-you business growth program. We provide strategy, implementation, and related services to selected founders through the Elite Flywheel™. We are not a bank, law firm, accounting firm, or licensed financial adviser.
Controller of personal information collected through this website and our services: Sarthak Maurya, doing business as 10xElite. Contact: tenxelite@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address, phone number, company name, website, and any other details you include when you book a call, apply, or email us.
- Business information you share on calls or in follow-up (offer, revenue range, tools you use, marketing data, and similar context needed to assess fit or deliver the program).
- Payment details are collected by our payment processor if and when you pay. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This site does not run a first-party analytics product (for example Google Analytics) as of the date above.
- Information created by third-party embeds described in section 5, including Calendly on the apply page, YouTube on the homepage, Google Fonts, and the Lenis script CDN.
Information from third parties
If you book through Calendly, Calendly provides us with the booking details you submit. If you contact us from social media, we receive whatever you send on that platform.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The site and program are for adults only.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and assess whether 10xElite is a fit.
- Schedule, confirm, remind you of, and run calls.
- Deliver the program if you become a client, including strategy, implementation, and communications.
- Invoice, collect fees, keep records, and handle cancellations or disputes.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Send service messages about your booking, application, or engagement. We do not run a marketing newsletter.
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect 10xElite, clients, and the public.
Legal bases, where a privacy law requires one: performance of a contract or steps before a contract (booking, delivering the program); legitimate interests (running and securing the site, assessing applications, keeping records); consent where we ask for it; and legal obligation.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed:
- Service providers who help us operate, including Calendly (scheduling), payment processors, email providers (Gmail), hosting, and similar vendors. They may process data only to provide their service to us.
- Tools used in delivery if you become a client (for example CRM, ad platforms, or project tools). We will use what the engagement actually requires and will not dump your data into unrelated products.
- Professional advisers (for example accountants or lawyers) under confidentiality where needed.
- Legal and safety if we believe disclosure is required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the business. If that transfer happens, this policy will still apply until it is replaced.
Our social profiles (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) are public. If you interact with those pages, those platforms’ own policies apply.
5. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use a cookie-preference banner and does not set first-party advertising cookies. Some third-party services loaded on the site may set their own cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some embeds may then not work.
Third-party services currently used:
- Calendly on the apply page to show availability and collect bookings. Calendly processes the information you enter. See Calendly’s privacy policy.
- YouTube (Google) to play the homepage video. We load the embed from YouTube’s nocookie domain where possible, but Google may still process data. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Fonts to load site typefaces. Google may receive your IP address when fonts are fetched.
- jsDelivr to load the Lenis scroll library on some pages.
We do not use pixels, tag managers, or advertising cookies on tenxelite.com.
6. International transfers
We operate from India and serve clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in India, the United States (for example Calendly, Google, and hosting), or other countries where our providers run. Those countries may not have the same data-protection laws as yours. We still hold providers to the terms in this policy and our contracts with them.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information (access controls, reputable providers, and limiting who on our side can see client files). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Email and video calls carry residual risk. Do not send payment card numbers or passwords by email.
8. How long we keep information
- Booking and enquiry records: typically 24 months after the last contact, unless we still need them for a live engagement or a dispute.
- Client files: for the engagement and then up to 7 years for accounting, tax, and legal records, or longer if the law requires.
- Site logs held by our host: according to the host’s default, usually a short rolling window.
When we no longer need information, we delete or irreversibly anonymise it where practical.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and receive a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Port information you provided to us, in a reasonable electronic format.
Email tenxelite@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner if local law requires. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar regime, you can contact the authority in your country; we will cooperate with a valid request.
California and similar US state laws: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. To exercise access, deletion, or correction rights, use the same email.
10. Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. Fit for the program is assessed by a human on a call and in follow-up.
11. Third-party sites
The site links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Calendly, and other sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before you submit information there.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. The current version will always be posted at tenxelite.com/privacy. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. If a change is material, we will note it on this page.
